GVV&CVC Sparrow Run to the Monkey Nut Cafe, Lyndoch – 6th August, 2017

GVV&CVC Monkey Nut Cafe RunJohn Petty's Jag

It was a cold overcast morning with 27 members leaving @ 8.30am for a scenic drive to Lyndoch via Mengler’s Hill. It was very cold & windy at the lookout but surprisingly clear with great views of the Barossa. We then continued on to Lyndoch with a bit of rain that stopped when we reached our destination. We were joined by 3 other members for a buffet breakfast of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bacon, scrambled egg, sausage, tomatoes, baked beans, toast & mini danish. I don’t think we will need any lunch. It was a good morning had by all.
